Adding to the excitement, DC has just unveiled a series of Superman-themed variant covers, recreating some of the hero’s most iconic moments in art, brought to life by DC’s premier talent, including Jim Lee, Dan Mora, and more.
It’s truly epic to see so many of DC’s premier artists uniting to build a bridge between comics and cinema through their art.

DC has just announced a new series of variant covers in celebration of theirSummer of Supermanpublishing initiative, which brings the Man of Steel and the Super-Family to the forefront of DC’s narratives through new comic titles, storylines, and, of course, the upcomingSupermanfilm set to release on August 14, 2025.
While the common thread between these covers is the Man of Steel himself,each one pays tribute to David Corenswet’s Superman, either by capturing his likeness or showcasing Clark in his movie-specific costume. As part of the celebration, DC has“curated an epically heroic and heartwarming list of titles featuring the Man of Steel,”offering fans deluxe and special editions of some of Superman’s very best stories. These offerings include, but are not limited to, anAll-Star Superman Deluxe Superman Day Editionhardcover, which comes with a new dust jacket featuring art by Frank Quitely.
