Things are heating up forAnd Just Like That’s cast, with characters like Seema Patel (Sarita Choudhury) and Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon) embarking on new romances that are even better than Carrie’s (Sarah Jessica Parker) and Aidan’s (John Corbett) reunion.

Carrie’s go-to gal pal and real estate guru met Adam when picking up Carrie to go to the airport, and there was instant chemistry. Then, things heated up at Carrie’s party inAnd Just Like Thatseason 3, episode 7.
Adam is a bit younger than Seema, yet he’s incredibly open and sincere, emotionally mature in ways that Seema isn’t. Their contrasting personalities have brought out the best in Seema’s character, as Adam’s humor and warmth begin to break down her walls and challenge her perceptions. That said, their dynamic looks familiar.
InSex and the Cityseason 6,Samantha Jones partakes in a romance with a younger man named Smith Jerrod(Jason Lewis), whom she supports in his acting aspirations. Smith, too, disarmed many of Samantha’s calloused qualities, and for years, he showed up for her as a loving and supportive partner. Still, all good things must come to an end.
While it’s only just begun,I’m already hoping that Seema and Adam’s romance story ends nothing like Samantha and Smith’s. Samantha breaks up with Smith inSex and the City 2,realizing she was sacrificing too much of her independence. I understand the decision, but with it, Samantha sidelined thebest love interest inSex and the City.

Regardless of what happens next, it’s clear thatSeema and Adam are going to have one ofAnd Just Like That’s best love stories, especially for season 3. Showing exciting moments between the couple has made the series feel more like its predecessor, evoking fun and frivolous scenes of New York dating culture and characters falling in love.
Their connection differs from Seema’s other love interests thus far, so I hope Adam Karma sticks around for a while.
