Our Take On Artificial

Artificial Has Potential

Artificialsounds like an intriguing project about OpenAI,the company behind ChatGPT. The movie could end up not happening, given that it’s still in early development. On the other hand, with Guadagnino eyed for director and Garfield for leading man,the project also sounds like an opportunity that the studio isn’t likely to miss.

Guadagnino already has a few projects in various stages of development. He’s working on a new version of theAmerican Psychoadaptationand aLord of the Fliesadaptation, in addition to a Scotty Bowers biopic and a retelling ofBuddenbrooks. However, it looks likeSgt. Rock’s cancelation may have opened up a space in the filmmaker’s schedule, which could be inArtificial’s favor.
