Respawn Entertainment has released another draw-dropping cinematic forApex Legends, this one hyping up the fans for what is to come in Season 5.Apex Legendsis about to go through some massive changes, including map overhauls and a new Legend, but the trailer also showed off interesting backstory information on Revenant.
With last week’sreveal of Season 5: Fortune’s Favor forApex Legendsfans finally received the confirmation that Loba would be the new Legend. While last week’s video showed backstory info for Loba, the new video shows that she will have some pretty devastating moves in her arsenal.

Fans haveknown about Loba through leaksfor quite some time, including some of her abilities, but the new Season 5 launch trailer confirms some of those. Her main attribute will be the ability to teleport using a small object. It seems as if Loba can toss the little piece of teleporting tech and then vanish and reappear wherever the item is. In the trailer, she uses it multiple times to trick enemies, save herself from falls, and more. One can only imagine what theApex Legendsplayerbase will do with a tool like that. The Translocating Thief will also be able to steal loot directly in front of someone, which can be very helpful to both confuse an enemy and snag a powerful item before someone else does.
AfterRevenant was underwhelming originally, Loba’s arch-nemesis received a recent buff, which will surely help him fight Loba. In the video more lore is given to the fans about Revenant. It seems as if his human head is what keeps him alive, and whenever the robotic body dies, his soul is transported to another body. There are countless empty Revenant robot bodies for him to move to. Loba tries to kill the head in this video, but it looks like it was moved just in time to a different location. Respawn will probably flesh out more of Loba and Revenant’s story in due time.
