However,both Keanu and Kelley won powers during the HOH competition. Keanu had double the chance to play for the Veto because a returning player would be brought in to compete for him, while Kelley had the opportunity to win a second Veto.
Keanu activated his power before the Power of Veto competition, unleashingBig Brother 20winner Kaycee Clark into the game to compete for him.She won the Power of Veto, and gave it to Keanu. Kelley’s power works differently, as she’ll be playing in a solo competition to determine if she wins the Veto.

TheBig Brotherlive feeds revealed thatKeanu used the Power of Veto to save himself from the chopping block, so Jimmy nominated Amy Bingham in his place. Jimmy had been considering nominating either Amy or Will Williams, but he figured that since Amy had already been nominated the week before, she was the safer choice.
Kelley wants to use her powertoo in order to try to win another Veto so that she can remove herself from the chopping block, but her competition hasn’t happened yet.

Jimmy Made A Safe Choice By Nominating Amy
For all of his talk about wanting to get a big threat out of the house,Jimmy’s nomination of Amy is surprisingly safe.He could’ve nominated one of the guys who poses a big physical threat, such as Zach Cornell or Rylie Jeffries. Earlier in the day, Morgan Pope was pushing for him to nominate Rylie.
Jimmy also could’vegone after Rachel, which he declared that he wanted to do when she first came into the house.
Jimmy appeared to be working with Rachel and Amy last week, but that seems to have changed because he put Amy on the chopping block. Of course,he could be using her as a pawn to attempt to eliminate Adrian or Kelley, but that’s a risk that he shouldn’t be taking because pawns go home.
HOH Vince Panaro made that same mistake last weekwhen he nominated his Final 2 partner Kelley as a pawn.

Jimmy Might Have To Nominate Another Houseguest
Although nominating Amy was a safe move,Jimmy might be thinking ahead to what will happen if he has to name a fifth nominee if Kelley wins the second Veto. There’s always a chance that she won’t, but she won the week 1 BB Blockbuster competition, so she proved that she works well under intense pressure.
It’ll be interesting to see if Jimmy can survive after nominating four, and maybe even five, people for eviction as HOH. Next week, he’ll be ineligible to play in the HOH competition, but Keanu will, andhe’ll definitely be in danger if Keanu wins HOH because they’ve had so much conflict.
Jimmy must tread carefully this week. While it might be boring for viewers to watch,perhaps playing it safe with his nominees is exactly the right move for him.
