Treyarch Studios has revealed a special gift for gamers who are still playingBlack Ops 3which released in 2015 and has received continuous support ever since. Considering it was one of most successful titles for the current generation of consoles, it’s not too surprising that updates still occur to this day.
This special gift will only be available through March 12, and players who log intoBlack Ops 3by that time will receive a commemorative gift in celebration of the announcement forBlack Ops 4. It is a special calling card with theBlack Ops 4logo, and since it’s only available for a limited time, it may be a need for many fans. Check it out below:
This calling card, however, isn’t the only thing now available for longstanding fans ofBlack Ops 3. The most recent update for the game added anew “Infected” mode,as well as a snow-covered version of the Redwood map. Combined withBlack Ops 4memorabilia revealed by GameStop’s merchandise listing, it is looking like a good year to be aBlack Opsfan.
As the calling card event nears its end, gamers who have yet to log in may desire to do so, as there’s no indication whether this unique calling card will be made available again at a later date. With or without the calling card, the latest rumors also indicate thatBlack Ops 4is set in the near future. How this will affect the story that began with Alex Mason and Viktor Reznov remains to be seen, but as indicated by the recent teaser, gamers should “forget what [they] know.”
