Our Take On Chris Hemsworth Starring In Subversion
It Could Mark A Turning Point
When it comes tosubmarine movies, there are a number of touchstones, includingDas Boot,The Hunt for Red October, andCrimson Tide.Subversioncan learn from them by emphasizing suspense, tight pacing, and strong character conflict. WhileChris Hemsworthhas had an inconsistent track record with standalone action movies,Subversioncould mark a turning point in his career with Patrick Vollrath at the helm, whose first feature was7500, about a pilot whose plane is hijacked by terrorists. Hopefully, he can bring some of that same thrilling action from above the skies to under the sea.
