The Blacksmiths will be to the left of the Pufferfish building, just north of the graveyard.

The Blacksmiths have their own working hours, just like every business in town. They are closed on Sundays. Monday to Friday, the hours are 9AM to 6PM. Saturday, they have slightly shortened hours from 9AM to 2PM. The blacksmiths are always open on those days, even if one of them falls on one of theCoral Islandholidays. If players want to catch them before they close, they should make sure to head there well before dark.
