With Moments of Triumph having officially begun inDestiny 2, there is a new seal that players can unlock earning them the “MMXIX” title. MMXIX are the Roman numerals for 2019, thus commemorating the game’s second year. And to earn this seal and title, players will need to complete the bulk of the content added to the game in the past year. To do sorequires players to own Forsaken and the Annual Pass.
There are 20 Triumphs thatDestiny 2players will need to complete in order to earn this seal and title. Currently, there are 18 of them active in the game with the last two currently classified and expected to be tied to the Solstice of Heroes event coming later this summer. Some of the Triumphs are retroactive while others must be completed while this year’s Moments of Triumph is active.

Along the way of completing these, players will unlockadditional reward Triumphsthat give an emblem for completing one Triumph, a Sparrow for completing five, a ship for ten, and finally the discount code for the annual Moments of Triumph t-shirt for completing 15 Triumphs.
For players who have been playing the game throughout Year 2 and naturally completing all of the games activities over the course of the past year, many of these Triumphs will already be checked off. But for any players returning to the game after a period of time may have a bit of a grind to complete, especially considering all the endgame activities required to complete for this seal and title.
There is also a deadline to completing these Triumphs, Jun 04, 2025, which is three weeks before the launch ofShadowkeep, the game’s fall expansionand the official start of Year 3. The Solstice of Heroes event begins on July 30th, so players will have just about a month to complete the two Triumphs associated with that event in order to finish up earning the seal and title.
Destiny 2is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
