Every Rumor About GTA 6’s Radio Stations

A Number Of Artists Linked To GTA 6

This isn’t the first rumor we have heard aboutGTA 6’sRadio Stations, with a number of other artists already being linked to the title, before this update regarding Drake. This includes Kendrick Lamar having his own station similar to Drake. DJ Khaled has also been rumored to not have his own station, but to be the host on one of them, which would follow in a long line of celebrities appearing in the game.

Megan Thee Stallion, previously posted an Instagram photo with a Vice City lookalike backdrop and has been followed by Rockstar on the platform. While one seemingly confirmed artist is T-Pain, who himself has talked about his involvement with Rockstar ahead of the game’s release next year.

Is Drake A Good FIt For GTA 6?

A Number Of Previous Stations That He Would Fit Alongside

During the podcast, Dupri does not mentionGTA 6directly, justGrand Theft Auto, but this would be a huge step for a series that is known for pushing the boundaries. However, if this does prove to be the case, Drake would potentially be the perfect fit forGTA6. Having one of the biggest celebrities in the world closely associated withGTA6would be a huge feather in the cap for Rockstar ahead of the most eagerly anticipated game launch in history.

Across the previousGrand Theft Autoentries, there have been a host of radio stations that Drake would fit alongside well with the genres they cover. OnGTA 5,Radio Los Santos played modern rap music, whileThe Lab and Blonded Los Santos both played some huge Hip-hop and R&B tracks.Among thecharacters and information releasedin recent months, music artists are going to play a big part in the story, meaning Drake fits in even more with the narrative they are looking for.

Thetracks currently heard on the in-game trailersare very different from Drake’s music, but given thatGTA 5had 22 completely different music stations,GTA 6is likely to push the boundaries further in terms of the genres it covers. Artists, including Drake, having their own stations, with the possibility of uploading new content would be a new high forGrand Theft Auto 6’s soundtrack and proof they are so far ahead of the competition.
