Inhyuk Lee is the artist behind a new variant cover series for Marvel Comicscalled Street-Verse Variant Covers. Lee’s variants will be featured on the covers of several ongoing Marvel Comics series. They will feature a wide array oficonic Marvel heroes and villains, all wearing street clothesinspired by their classic appearances. Emma Frost is featured on the cover ofIron & Frost#2.
The inspiration this new appearance takes from Emma Frost’s original costume is immediately apparent, all while feeling like this is an outfit anyone could see someone wearing on the street (or wear themselves, for that matter). It perfectly bridges the gap between blending in and standing out, which is admittedly new territory for someone like Emma Frost.
