Gran Turismo 6?

An event going down later this month in the UK could bring us some excitingGran Turismonews. Polyphony Digital will be hosting an event at Silverstone Circuit, Towcester, Northamptonshire to celebrateGran Turismo‘s 15th anniversary. Found atNeoGAF, the invite,which I did not get, reads:

Join us to celebrate 15 years ofGran Turismo, and discover exciting announcements about its future.

As a huge Gran Turismo fan, I want to punch someone in the face to channel some of the excitement out of my body.We’ve had a feeling that this was coming, but now it’s really happening. Could this beGran Turismo 6?

You know what would really make this exciting? A PS4 version.
