The weapons inGenshin Impactare divided into five different rarity ranks with five-star items being usually the most powerful. Five-star weapons are slightly easier to acquire than characters since they run on an 80-wish pity system which guarantees a five-star drop within 80 wishes. Both the Limited Character and the Weapon Banner require players to use Intertwined Fates to wish for a set of valuable items.Genshin Impact’s official Twitter account has finally revealed the seven items that will appear on the upcoming Weapon Banner:

The Mistsplitter Reforged is widely considered one of, if not thebest five-star swords inGenshin Impact. Its secondary stat provides up to 44.1% Crit Damage which means that it can be used by almost every DPS character in the game. It also provides a significant buff for the holder’s elemental damage which makes it the go-to weapon for the five-star Cryo user Kamisato Ayaka whose kit revolves around dealing tons of elemental damage.

Calamity Queller is Shenhe’s signature weapon, but it can also be used by many other offensive polearm characters like the Anemo Yaksha Xiao or the Pyro support Xiangling. Both the passive effect and the secondary stat equip the weapon holder with a lot of raw ATK stats which makes it the perfect choice for characters that don’t rely on Crit Damage.

While fans seem happy about the fact that bothfive-star items are considered S-tier weapons, they don’t seem to be too happy about the four-star lineup. The only decent four-star weapon is probably the Sacrificial Sword which provides a lot of Energy Recharge and cooldown reduction for the character’s Elemental Skill.

Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
