How to Find Grubs

Grubs are burrowers, and can only be found below the dirt around the Acorn Tree. While hanging out near the tree,Groundedplayers can collect sapand acorn bits for crafting too. Grubs will sometimes hide below acorns, under roots, and in other dark areas. They like mud, and players will have to keep an eye out for wiggling mud and dirt to hint at where they could be hiding, however, they are gross, white, and wiggly.

Needed Tools

In order to harvest the grubs, players will need tocraft some tools inGroundedfirst. Players will need to craft a shovel to make sure they can dig out the grubs from their hiding places. Players will most likely want a hammer as well to break acorns in case there are grubs hiding underneath. Kill the grub and then harvest the hide and goop with any chopping tool.

There are some incredibly scary and dangerous critters inGroundedso players also want to make sure to bring along weapons, armor, and other protections to ensure they survive any encounters on their way to the Acorn Tree.
