Jump Force’s roster of playable characters keeps growing, with Bandai Namco announcing yet another new anime character making its way to the game. It’s been announced that Katsuki Bakugo fromMy Hero Academiawill be coming toJump Forceas DLC.

Bakugo marks the thirdMy Hero Academiacharacter on theJump Forceroster. The base game launched with Bakugo’s rival andMy Hero Academiamain character Izuku Midoriya, withAll Might was later added as DLC. It remains to be seen if futureJump ForceDLC will add even moreMy Hero Academiacharacters or if it will focus on other anime franchises. Considering the sheer number ofMy Hero Academiacharacters that would fit in on theJump Forceroster and the fact that the anime is one of the most popular in the world right now, it seems likely that more could be on the way.

Meanwhile,My Hero Academiaisn’t the only anime that’s gotten new representation on theJump Forceroster.Yu-Gi-Ohalso only had one representative in theJump Forcebase game - Yugi Moto/Yami Yugi - butSeto Kaiba was later added to the rosteras one of the first-revealed DLC characters.

Looking at the currentJump Forceroster, most animes have more than one representative, with some exceptions. For example, there is only oneBoruto: Next Generationscharacter on the list, as well as only one character fromBlack Clover.City HunterandDragon Quest: The Adventure of Daialso only have one character apiece, so maybe they will get more love in futureJump ForceDLC.

Or maybe futureJump ForceDLC will make some of the game’s non-playable characters playable.Death Notecharacters Light Yagami and Ryukare unfortunately unplayable inJump Force, but some fans may be interested in seeing them added to the roster of playable characters.

Fans should keep an eye on Bandai Namco’s social media pages for futureJump ForceDLC announcements.

Jump Forceis out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
