Mortal Kombathas had some big news recently asMortal Kombat 11has been announcing DLC characters and skins that are nearly ready to make their debut. Thelatest trailer to show off Sindel’s combat, as well as her epic finisher, came with some additional information tacked on right at the end.
Fans of classicMortal Kombatdesigns will be happy to see the new Klassic Cassie skin releasing for Cassie Cage alongside Sindel and the other new items. The outfit will be available at the same time as Sindel, with early access available on November 26th, just like the rest of the upcoming releases.

While Cassie Cage isn’t necessarily a classic character, her Klassic Cassie skin design is reminiscent of some designs from earlyMortal Kombatgames. The one character in particular that this new version of Cassie seems to be emulating is her mother, Sonya Blade. Donning a similar color scheme and short tank top that Sonya wore in her first outing all the way back in the originalMortal Kombat, Cassie’s new skin plays homage to her mother’s origins in the stunning HD available in modern games.
This isn’t the only new skin coming in the wave that will be accompanying Sindel, with acollection of horror skinsjoining the game in late November as well. However, some players have been taking some issue with these new skins. In the comments on the Sindel video, a number of “Klassic” fans have voiced their opinion on how they would like to see more characters get the same attention that Cassie seems to be getting, including a call for more female ninja skins.
While some players might not be as enthusiastic about the Klassic Cassie outfit asMortal Kombat 11may have wanted, it seems to be out of a want for more new content across the board. However, withMortal Kombat 11always working on adding new content to the game, sometimes to be stopped short like whenCapcom blockedStreet Fightercharactersfrom arriving to the game, there is always an influx of new items to keep fans excited about.
Mortal Kombat 11is available now for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One
