The super-powered world ofMy Hero Academiais filled to the brim with Pro Heroes who are always willing to help others. But sadly, this means that there are also a lot of villainswho not only want to harm others, but also to prevent these heroes from helping the innocent. And this conflict between heroes and villains is the core of the series.
Because of this dichotomy, many powerful super villains have made it their objective to defeat, destroy, and even kill any Pro Hero who gets in the way of their evil deeds. There are numerous antagonists who manage to do so, to the point that they have ended the lives of popular characters.

9Dabi
Killed Snatch & Many Others
The pyrokinetic villain known asDabi(real name: Toya Todoroki) is one of the most volatile people in this world. It has been shown plenty of times that he’s a merciless killer who won’t hesitate to burn aliveanybody who gets in his path of revenge and destruction.
When the League of Villains was chasing after Overhaul’s ambulance, he used his quirk to burnSnatchalive. Snatch died after he was compressed into a ball by Mr. Compress, but it was Dabi’s flames that put an end to the hero’s life. On top of that, Dabi has also murdered over thirty innocent people, so his overall body count is quite high.

8Twice
Killed Eel Boy, And His Dangerous Quirk Is Still Around
The story ofTwiceis quite tragic: he was a nice person who became a villain because he got dealt a bad hand in life. However, he still cared a lot about his friends, so when the Pro Hero known asEel Boytrapped Himiko Toga and Mr. Compress, a wounded Twice sent one of his clones to stab him in the back, killing him instantly.
A few moments later, Twice himself would perish at the hands of Hawks. But this wasn’t enough to stop his destructive rampage, since Toga could replicate his Double quirk with her own, Transform. So the deadly army of clones known asSad Man’s Parade(And it’s evolved form, Sad Man’s Legion) is still around, and they have proven to be an important asset during the Final War Arc.

7Overhaul
Killed Sir Nighteye And A Lot Of Villains
Kai Chisaki, better known asOverhaul, is an egotistical antagonist who sees everyone as tools he can dispose of. He never hesitated to use his powerful quirkto annihilate other villains, or even his own underlings. Nevertheless, Overhaul will always be remembered as the first villain in the series who killed a prominent hero on-screen.
Near the end of the Shie Hassaikai Arc, Overhaul used his quirk to perforateSir Nighteye’sstomach, a deadly wound that would end the hero’s life a few hours later. Even though Chisaki was eventually defeated and apprehended, the impact of death Sir Nighteye’s death on both Mirio and Deku would never be forgotten.

6Muscular
Killed Water Hose And Many Prison Guards
As soon as he was introduced, it was clear thatMuscularisa heinous villain who takes pleasure in killing other people. And this is made even easier by his Muscle Augmentation quirk. He was responsible for killing the duo of Pro Heroes known asWater Hose, who happened to be Kota’s parents. And he would later try to kill Kota himself.
Muscular also murdered a bunch of innocent guards when he was escaping from Tartarus prison. After that, he was eager to kill anyone he could find on the street, and almost ended Yo Shindo’s life. Luckily,Izuku Midoriyaarrived and defeated him, finally imprisoning this dangerous monster once again.

5Stain
Killed 17 Pro Heroes And Incapacitated Other 24
With a moniker like “Hero Killer,” it’s inevitable thatStainwould have one of the highest hero body counts in the series. Not much is known about the identities of the people he killed. But he targeted and severely damaged noble heroes likeIngeniumjust because they didn’t uphold his unrealistic values, and that says a lot.
Stain was blinded by his views onAll Mightand believed that everyone but him was a fake hero, which led him to a murderous rampage. To make things even worse,he inspired many other villains who, like him, believed that they live in an unfair society. Stain was both a physical and philosophical threat to the heroes.

4The Nomu
Killed Master Driller, Native, Briareos, & Many Innocents
It’s easy to forget that these artificial humans created byAll For Oneand DoctorKyudai Garakiare some of the deadliest beings inMy Hero Academia. And if the regular ones weren’t already a threat, the High-End Nomu are even worse. They can damage or kill even the most experienced Pro Heroes.
Armies of Nomu have been dispatched several times throughout the series, resulting in many deaths. But they proved to be a crucial asset for the villains during the Paranormal Liberation War, where some of them could be seen killing heroes likeMaster DrillerandNative. Finally, All For One also used some Nomu when he and other villains escaped Tartarus Prison, where they killed many prison guards, includingBriareos.

3Gigantomachia
Killed Majestic, Midnight (Indirectly), And Others
With his enormous size, his immense durability, and his collection of quirks, there’s no doubt thatGigantomachiaisone of the most menacing villains for the heroes of this series. This was proven when he was let loose during the Paranormal Liberation War. He rampaged through the battlefield, killing several people in the process.
Gigantomachia crushed and killed the heroMajestic, who used to be Momo and Setsuna’s mentor. This hulking beast also trampled on many other unseen heroes and civilians, and was responsible for the death ofMidnight.Even though she was technically murdered by a group of minor villains, she was severely weakened and couldn’t fight back because of her encounter with Gigantomachia.

2Tomura Shigaraki
Killed Crust, X-Less, Star And Stripe, & More
Even thoughTomura Shigarakiwas quite weak at the beginning of the series, he became a menace for the heroes after he awakened his quirk and accepted the surgery to enhance his body. As one of the main antagonists ofMy Hero Academia, he has been responsible for a number of prominent hero deaths.
When Shigaraki awakened in Jaku City, the instant spread of his Decay quirk killed powerful heroes likeCrustandX-Less. Many other innocents were disintegrated by this ability. On top of that, he later pursued and fought the American heroStar and Stripe, only to kill her because he knew how much of a threat she was to him. This final killing was a big accomplishment, because it prevented all international heroes from helping Japan during the Final War.

1All For One
Killed All The Previous One For All Users
The conflict betweenAll For Oneand the various users of theOne For Allquirks has been carrying on for decades. It hascaused the megalomaniac villain to kill every single one of them, many of whom were powerful heroes like Daigoro Banjo, En Tayutai and Nana Shimura. All For One has also reigned as the most powerful villain of Japan for over 100 years, so it’s likely he killed many other heroes during that time.
But there’s another layer to All For One’s wickedness. Since he influenced and/or created most of the villains in the series (like Dabi and Shigaraki), he’s also indirectly responsible for all the deaths that his underlings caused, which means that All For One definitely has the highest body count in all ofMy Hero Academia.
