TheQuintessential Quintuplets the Movieanime filmwill be getting an accompanying game adaptation, game developer MAGES. announced on Wednesday. The new game, TheQuintessential Quintuplets the Movie: Five Memories of My Time with You, will be available for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
The game will launch in Japan on June 2 inboth standard and limited editionsand feature 15 different endings. The limited edition of the game will come with a five-disc drama CD set. No releases outside of Japan have been announced yet.

Negi Haruba’sThe Quintessential Quintupletsmangaran in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazinefrom 2017-2020, amassing 14 collected volumes throughout its run. The popular harem title has inspired two anime adaptations, two video games, and an upcoming anime movie. Kodansha announced a novel series back in January that will begin serialization in March.
A 12-episode anime adaptation animated by Tezuka Productions aired during the Winter 2019 season. The series was directed by Satoshi Kuwabara (Black Jack, Dagashi Kashi 2) and written by Keiichirō Ōchi(Hinamatsuri, My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU Climax!).
A second season, titledThe Quintessential Quintuplets∬,aired during the Winter 2021 season. The series was animated by Bibury Animation Studios, with Kaori (Shirobako, How to Keep a Mummy) directing and Ōchi returning as scriptwriter.
Bibury Animation Studio will animate the upcomingQuintessential Quintuplets the Movie, with Ōchi once again serving as screenwriter and Masato Jinbo directing. The film is slated to release on Jul 09, 2025 and will serve as the finale for the anime’s narrative.
In 2018, themanga was nominatedfor Niconico’s Next Manga Award, earning 16,106 votes and ranking eighth overall. It won the award for Best Shōnen Manga at the 43rd annual Kodansha Manga Awards along with Yoshitoki Ōima’sTo Your Eternity.
Kodansha USA publishes the manga series in English. The anime streams on both Crunchyroll and Funimation as part of the partnership between the two streaming services.
