On March 16, Microsoftsurprise-launched two day one Xbox Game Pass gamesin the form ofParadise KillerandTunic. Both games have earned strong reviews, withTunicearning particular praise from critics.Tunicbeing an Xbox console exclusive game makes it an even more notable Xbox Game Pass release, and one of the strongest Game Pass releases of the year so far.
New Xbox Game Pass Games for March 2022
Besides surprise-launchingParadise KillerandTunic, Microsoft also announced a third game that will be coming to Xbox Game Pass later in March in the form ofKraken Academy.Kraken Academyhas previously been available on other platforms, but is just now making its Xbox debut as a day one Game Pass game come launch on March 22.
These surprise additions enhance an already-stacked lineup of new Xbox Game Pass games for March 2022. March has already seen the likes ofFar: Changing Tides,Kentucky Route Zero,Guardians of the Galaxy, andYoung Soulsadded to the lineup, and looking ahead there’s day one games likeCrusader Kings 3andWeird Westright around the corner.
