The original release ofOblivionwas infamous for its wide range of glitches and bugs, a lot of which were quite humorous. Almost all of the original game’s quirks have been maintained inThe Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered, and that has been proven by a speedrunner who has finished this massive game in under 8 minutes. The speedrun is currently the world record for the any% category for the game.

As showcased in a YouTube video,AvuKamubeatThe Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remasteredin 7 minutes and 29 secondswith the use of some game-breaking bugs. The impressive run sees AvuKamu play the opening sequence of the game fairly normally until they escape from the sewers, which is the end of the tutorial section of the game. Then, the run takes a sharp turn, as the player fast-travels to the Imperial City Temple District, glitches through the Temple of the One door, and activates the final quest and cutscene of the game.
