Of the many ways in which aPersona 5sequel could play out, it’s safe to say that not many fans were expecting a sequel in the form of a hack-and-slash action RPG. However, that’s exactly whatPersona 5 Strikersis. Developed by Atlus, P-Studio, andDynasty Warriorsdeveloper Omega Force, which just recently put out ofHyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity,the upcoming musou-styled game sees the fan-favorite Phantom Thieves embark on a mission to solve mysterious change of heart cases all over Japan one year after the originalPersona 5game.
AlthoughPersona 5 Strikersreleased in Japan about a year ago on PS4 and Nintendo Switch, it is finally making its way overseas next week with a PC release as well. Fans can pre-order the upcoming game from a variety of retailers for pre-order bonuses, like a steelbook from Best Buy or a Joker pin from GameStop. However, Atlus has just detailed some extra digital content that will seemingly come alongside everyPersona 5 Strikerspre-order.

Just ahead of an upcomingPersona 5 Strikerslaunch celebration,the official Twitter account for Atlus West showed off a sneak-peek trailer of the digital bonus content available at launch. Atlus notes that those who per-orderPersona 5 Strikerswill receive a digital art book, some behind-the-scenes videos detailing the game’s development, as well as a digital soundtrack containing over 40 songs from the new game.
The sneak-peek notes that this digital bonus content will come in the form of a separate app on players' platforms, and isn’t something that can be accessed from the base game’s menu. And although this trailer doesn’t specify, it seems that both digital and physical pre-orders will give players access to the digital bonus content, sincePersona 5 Strikers' official website features a chart showing that those who pre-order the game from Best Buy or GameStop will still also receive the digital content. The upcoming game hasreceived overwhelmingly positive reviewsfrom critics, and fans everywhere are excited to strike back with the Phantom Thieves next week.
