ThePlayStation Nowsubscription service doesn’t get quite as much attention as Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass or Sony’s own PlayStation Plus, butPlayStation Nowstill offers considerable value. There are hundreds of games available on PlayStation Now, though the key difference between it and Xbox Game Pass is that PlayStation Now focuses on older games, whereas Game Pass offers day one releases. That will change next month, as PlayStation Now will have a day one game on offer.

The other new PlayStation Now games for March 2022 have not been announced at the time of this writing, but fans can count on them being older titles. After all, thenew PlayStation Now games for February 2022consisted entirely of previously-released games inDeath Squared,Grand Theft Auto: Vice City - The Definitive Edition,Little Big Workshop, andThrough the Darkest of Times.
The new PlayStation Now games for March 2022 are anyone’s guess, but in the meantime, there is no shortage of content for fans to check out through the service. PlayStation Now offers games across multiple PlayStation generations, and is in fact the only way thatPlayStation 5 consoles can play PS3 games. Anyone interested in older gaming experiences should definitely give it a look, though it should be noted that the older games can only be streamed, not downloaded.
In the meantime, it will be interesting to see ifShadow Warrior 3being a day one PlayStation Now game has anything to do with the rumors ofPlayStation preparing a Game Pass competitor. There are rumors that PlayStation may combine PlayStation Now and PS Plus into a new service to directly compete with Game Pass, though nothing official has been announced at the time of this writing.
MakingShadow Warrior 3available as a day one PlayStation Now game certainly seems to be a step in that direction, but fans will have to stand by for more information.
