The Extraordinary Raid Week is now live inPokemon GO, giving players the chance to battle rare Pokemon in raids from now until May 28 at 1pm PT. While the focus of this latestPokemon GOevent is definitely on raid battles, it also has its own limited-time Field Research tasks and rewards for players to take advantage of as well.

With theExtraordinary Raid Week eventlive, we no longer have to guess as to what the event’s Field Research tasks and rewards entail. We now know that there are three different Extraordinary Raid Week Field Research tasks, but four rewards that players can earn from the tasks.

As far as special event Field Research goes, the Extraordinary Raid Week Field Research tasks and rewards are actually quite appealing. It will give players the chance to catch more Bronzors than they would be able to otherwise, which in turn increases their chances of getting ashiny Bronzor. The Extraordinary Raid Week Field Research tasks and rewards also make it easier for players who live in rural areas or who struggle to put together a raid group to add Absol to theirPokemon GOcollection.
