Wednesdaystar Isaac Ordonez teases Pugsley Addams' expanded story in the upcoming installment.Wednesdaydebuted on Netflix in 2022 and followed Jenna Ortega’s titular character to her new school, Nevermore Academy. Although many members of the Addams family are a part of season 1, they were mostly reduced to brief appearances.Wednesdayseason 2will expand on the other family members, with Pugsley being featured more as he, too, will matriculate to Nevermore Academy.
In an interview withScreenRant,Ordonez discusses his larger role inWednesdayseason 2. The actor gets to show more sides of the character, including having him be more mischievous. He reveals that when he arrives at Nevermore, Puglsey will have a hard time making new friends. Ordonez also teases that now that Pugsley has electric powers,Wednesday has more respect for him, but uses them to her advantage. Check out his comments below:

We’ve got a lot more Pugsley this season. I really get to mess around with different sides of his character. In season 1, you see his more emotional side, but in this season, I think we get more of his quirky, devious, mischievous side. But we also keep that emotional side. When he gets to Nevermore, he is very lonely. He’s having a hard time making friends, so we do get to see that. I do play around with that.
I think that now that he has powers, Wednesday has gained a little more respect for him. But she also sees him now as a tool that she can use for her investigations. And if we’re talking about how they are as siblings, I’d say they’re still your average siblings; they’re awkward. That remains the same, because Wednesday doesn’t change. [laughs]
