I haven’t heard aboutSepterra Core: Legacy of the Creatorin ages. The Western styled JRPG came out at a time where I was forced to do silly old high school exams, and everything else already looked really fancy in 3D thanks to theQuake IIengine, or started to look amazing withQuake III Arenadoing the rounds in demo form.

But once in a while you see a mention ofSepterra Coresomewhere on the Internet. A lot of reviews bitched about the archaic graphics when it was released, which is a non-issue by now, and how it was just not as good as the console RPGs on the market.
