Talk to Leon, the vendor running the “Noodles” stand just in front of the exit. Leon has stacks of these Item Scanners for sale. There is no discount for gamers that by multiples at a time, so don’t go broke or attempt to save up too much necessarily. Get enough charges to identify any items of interest and come back later, Leon does not run out of this particular supply.
