Carrie Bradshaw & Duncan Reeves Can Help Each Other With Their Book Projects In And Just Like That Season 3

Carrie And Duncan Can Meet Each Other’s Needs

Despite Carrie and Duncan’s initial tryst, the two can help each other in the most significant way. Bradshaw and Reeves don’t start on good terms. Duncan is moody and initially rude in his interactions with Carrie, trying to control every minor inconvenience that irritates him. Namely,Duncan has a problem with Carrie walking around her apartment in her signature accessory. Despite Carrie getting rugs to keep the peace, Duncan continues to give Bradshaw the cold shoulder until she saves his burnt pot of stew, which had boiled over on the stove, from causing a fire.

When Carrie and Duncan go out for dinner after the latter burns their supper, Bradshaw finally breaks the ice. Carrie has since learned from Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) thatDuncan is an acclaimed biographer, and Carrie lets Reeves know that they’re both book writers. Duncan gets curious at dinner, asking Carrie about what she writes. She reveals that she’s trying something new, diving into the fiction genre, and tells him that it’s an entirely new endeavor, especially since her book is set in the past. Duncan tells Carrie that he, too, is trying something new.

With Carrie and Duncan’s qualms, season 3 presents an obvious solution for bothAnd Just Like Thatcharacters. Duncan can ensure Carrie’s historical fiction is accurate, and Bradshaw can bring a woman’s perspective to Reeves' Margaret Thatcher project.

With the writers living so close to one another,Duncan and Carrie’s work could bring them even closer together. Their work gives them a clear path to spend more time together, which comes right as Carrie realizes that she needs to stop chasing Aidan and let him live his life. With that, a romance could potentially develop between Carrie and Duncan, with the former complementing Bradshaw romantically at a social gathering inAnd Just Like That’s season 3 trailer. Reeves could pull at Carrie’s heartstrings a bit, but the connection could further complicate her complicated romance.

Despite looking like they might break up, Carrie is still with Aidan after her ill-fated trip down South. Furthermore, despite their physical separation, Aidan and Carrie are closer than ever to making it work, with Shaw sending Bradshaw her dream table to quietly signal that he still wants to share his life with her. I was skeptical of Duncan at first because he’s so rude to Carrie, but I somewhat came around by the end of the episode. Carrie could end up with feelings for both men, setting upAnd Just Like Thatseason 3’s most important storyline.
