Last June, Keighley teamed up with ID@Xbox to release 40 demos of upcoming independent titles coming to Xbox and PC platforms, as he had done during summer of 2020 and during last year’s The Game Awards ceremony. It appears this ID@Xbox demo festival is set to return this year, as the Microsoft Store has leaked demos for two upcoming Xbox titles, both of which are tagged “TGA21” for “The Game Awards 2021.“The first of these titles isNobody Saves the World, the dungeon-crawling RPG currently in development atGuacameleeandSevereddeveloper Drinkbox Studios. This game was first announced earlier this year during an ID@Xbox showcase.

The second title isone that followers of Xbox Game Pass will be familiar with,Mind Scanners. This game has been compared toPapers, Please, and features players assuming the role of a scientist in a cyberpunk world, scanning the brains of patients and treating their illnesses through simulation gameplay. While it launched on PC earlier this year, this game has been confirmed to join Xbox Game Pass next month as a day 1 title for its console launch. Therefore, it seems the demo for this title will launch near simultaniously with its launch into Xbox Game Pass.

According to the Microsoft Store, both of these demos are slated to release on December 3rd 2021,well over one week before The Game Awards 2021is set to take place, so an official announcement of this demo event seems to be imminent.
