Slavic Magic has gone to great efforts to show off all aspects of the game, as well as its medieval authenticity. Unsurprisingly, it has already built up quite a following.Manor Lords' April 2024 launch is already highly anticipated.

As part of the recent Xbox Partner Preview event, Slavic Magic shared a new trailer forManor Lordsthat included two important announcements. The first announcement was thatManor Lordsis now confirmed as aDay One Xbox Game Pass Ultimate release, initially available exclusively on PC. The second announcement wasManor Lords' finalized release date; April 26 is whenManor Lordswill be playable.
Slavic Magic does make clear that the April 2024 release ofManor Lordswill be an early access version of the game and not its full launch. It’s confirmed that the early access version ofManor Lordswill feature core systems including city-building, army management and battles, territory claims, and a limited selection of modes and scenarios. The full launch will expand upon that content significantly. It is not clear yet whenManor Lordswill fully launch.

PC games remain a focus of Microsoft’s Game Pass plans, but it’s rare for games to be so prominently featured.Manor Lordsis also somewhat of a niche project, being a medieval strategy game with complex economic and social systems.Manor Lordsmust have simply impressed enough that it couldn’t be left out.
With the addition ofManor Lordsto the list of upcoming Game Pass games, 2024 is starting to look very interesting. There are dozens of games already confirmed for Xbox Game Pass next year, but few with release dates.Persona 3 Reloadis scheduled for February 2 andEiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroesarrives on April 24. Expect that list to grow as the new year approaches.
