PopularTwitchstreamer Felix “xQc” Lengyel has signed a massive deal with the fresh streaming platform Kick. The regular champion ofTwitchstatistics for the last few years, xQc may make a dent in the platform’s numbers as he moves to Kick in the near future.
With some fans following him from the esports world in which he was an OverwatchLeague pro, xQc has blown up in success on Twitch over the last few years. While otherpopular Twitch streamers like Kai Cenat, Ibai, Tarik, and IlloJuan have impressive followings of their own, a content creator like xQc reliably draws tens of thousands of views each day. Given the massive audience that follows xQc, Kick has made an offer to the livestreamer that rivals many contracts in film, music, and sports.

The New York Times has confirmed that xQc has signed a $70 million contract with theKick streaming servicewhich could yield him even more. There are apparently incentives tied to the Kick contract that could result in xQc making upwards of $100 million, but the $70 million currently seems solidified. While the contract doesn’t stipulate that xQc will be exclusive to Kick, it states that the platform will be his primary website, allowing him to continue to make YouTube, TikTok, and even Twitch content.
Although Kick fails to gain viewership like the 31 million daily viewers that the Amazon livestreaming service has,Twitch streamers like Trainwrecksand Adin Ross that have jumped to the brand have brought sizable audiences with them. According to xQc’s manager, Ryan Morrison, the move is largely “centered around the creator” which should bode well for long-time xQc fans that don’t want to see many changes. A friend of xQc who’s on Twitch as well, Kai Cenat, recently signed a massive Rumble deal that has seen him on multiple platforms, and the transition may be similarly beneficial to xQc.
